Bank of America has recently announced that their Better Balance Rewards credit card will be discontinued and will be forcibly converted to Bank of America Unlimited Cash Rewards World Mastercard credit card starting May 16, 2023. If you are a Better Balance Rewards cardholder, you will receive a new Bank of America Unlimited Cash Rewards credit card in the mail after May 16. You can still use your existing card until your new one arrives. Remember to destroy your old card once you activate your new one. Your last Better Balance Rewards quarterly cash reward will be paid in April. However, if your account is open and you continue to make qualifying payments from April 1 through May 15, you will receive a one-time statement credit of $20.
