The company has claimed that this is a temporary change and they are working on improving and expanding their gift card reward options. However, this move has raised some concerns among users, as it may indicate a change in the provider of the gift cards.
Despite this, Drop is assuring its customers that they aim to make the interruption as brief as possible.
