The court found that the Dutch government had failed to follow the law when attempting to reduce the cap on Amsterdam's airport's annual air traffic movements, giving JetBlue confidence that there is room for them to enter the market.
This move represents JetBlue's first foray into Europe and will provide more options for travelers between the US and Amsterdam.
