While Juul has denied any wrongdoing, individuals who made a Juul purchase on or before December 7th, 2022 in the United States are eligible for the settlement. The payout pool is $255 million, and you can submit a claim without proof of purchase for up to $300. Claims exceeding $300 will require proof of purchase. The deadline for submitting a claim is July 14th, 2023, and the exclusion deadline is also July 14th, 2023. The final approval hearing will take place on August 9th, 2023 at 2:00 p.m. We highly recommend signing up for this class action if you are eligible.
